Lamy Z50 steel nibs

Lamy Z50 steel nibs are interchangeable, various tipping sizes available,
EF, F, M, B, LH, MK, OM, OB, 1.1, 1.5 and 1.9. some are available as black chromium-plated.

the A nib is for the Lamy ABC, a beginner pen for children,
A=Anfänger (Beginner in German)



how to change the nib?

1. clean and dry your pen,
2. stick a tape across the nib, put your index finger under the feed, as picture below,



3. pull the tape away from the pen,

Hi KMPN,

(1) What is the "MK" nib stands for?

(2) Do you have any written demo comparing all the nibs? I cannot find any in the web. The nib comparison in the Lamy catalog is not very clear. Thank you.

hello KC, "MK" stands for "Medium Kugel", "kugel" is "ball".
